We cater for a wide range of audience, throughout East and West Sussex
and have an extensive music library.
If you are organising a corporate function, or private celebration,
and are looking for some light entertainment, please take a look at
the YouTube Links at the bottom of the page to see us in concert, and
contact our "Events Co-ordinator" via the
"Contacts" page on this website.
We do of course undertake a number of concerts each year to benefit
local and national charities and are happy to consider a joint concert
with one or more other choirs for a larger audience.
Like all choirs we are always looking for new members. Rehearsals are
held every Thursday Evening at 6:45 pm at Woodingdean Methodist
Church, The Ridgway, Woodingdean, Brighton BN2 6PA.
The Choir welcome men, 18 plus, who enjoy singing in a relaxed and
friendly atmosphere. Ability to read music is not essential and no
auditions are held.
The choir was subsidised by Brighton & Hove Council for seven years
before the pandemic - this by means of our successful applications for
Discretionary Grants.
The Council appreciates the choir's voluntary community involvement and
fundraising over many years. We were also awarded a ₤1000 bursary
by AMEX Incorporated in 2011.
